Job candidates not want to connect licensed copies of their {qualifications}


One of many issues that made job purposes a problem was having to get licensed copies of {qualifications}. This required candidates to have to go to a police station or the publish workplace to get their paperwork licensed, and this usually meant standing in lengthy queues. 

However, thank goodness, job candidates for presidency vacancies are not required to submit licensed copies of their academic {qualifications} on their purposes. This was introduced by the Division of Public Service and Administration on Friday. 

The choice won’t solely make issues simpler for job candidates, however it can reduce the executive burden to Human Sources, in keeping with the Division. Moreover, the brand new determination will decrease the price for candidates.

Candidates are solely required to submit a duly accomplished Z83 type, copies of supporting paperwork, and an in depth CV.

It is just short-listed candidates that might be required to submit licensed copies of their {qualifications}. The paperwork might be submitted to the HR division on the day of the interview.
