German Company trains 30,000 Nigerian college students in entrepreneurial expertise

No fewer than 30,000 secondary college college students in Nigeria have been educated in entrepreneurship and technical coaching programmes by a German Worldwide Improvement Company, GIZ via its Scholar Entrepreneurship Exercise Hub (SEA-Hub).

The Head of Programme, GIZ SEDIN, Mr Markus Wauschkuhn, who disclosed this in a comment on the opening of the Ogun State SEA-Hub Exhibition and Competitors 2022 held in Abeokuta, the state capital, listed the beneficiary states to incorporate Ogun; Plateau; Edo; Lagos; Yobe; Kaduna; Delta; Imo; Osun; Oyo and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In accordance with him, 6,350 college students in 95 colleges in Ogun State, have benefitted from the programme, including that, the coaching programme was designed to equip secondary college college students with entrepreneurship and technical expertise for financial sustainability.

Wauschkuhn disclosed that, the coaching which began in 2016, has led to the creation of over 45 totally different revolutionary mini companies and merchandise by the beneficiaries.

He famous that, the programme was geared toward lowering the unemployment within the nation by equipping secondary college college students with the best expertise which can put together them for a safe future.
