Atiku Abubakar has stated that if made president, his administration will promote manufacturing by reviewing import obligation payable on uncooked supplies which might be out there domestically and on imported equipment for native manufacturing.

Atiku, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Celebration disclosed this in an announcement on Thursday afternoon.

This comes as Nigeria’s customs service not too long ago reviewed import duties on some equipment to twenty%.
